What is florenz?
florenz is a Los Angeles–based limited drop brand built on craft and intention. We design and produce elevated cut and sew pieces in small quantities, releasing when they're ready, not on a calendar.
How do drops work?
We release products in limited quantities. Once a drop sells out, it's gone. Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when something new is coming.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Generally no. Part of what makes florenz is that each piece is limited. Occasionally we may restock a style, subscribe to our email list to stay in the loop.
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies by product. Each product page includes specific size and fit information. When in doubt, reach out to us before ordering, we're happy to help you find the right fit.
My item arrived and something is wrong. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at hyphenstudios2@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Please note that import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at hyphenstudios2@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds — all sales are final. However, if something isn't right we do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I care for my florenz.la pieces?
Care instructions vary by material. Leather items should be wiped clean with a dry cloth and conditioned with a leather-safe product. Denim pieces should be spot cleaned or hand washed cold. Specific care instructions are included on each product page.
