International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

All florenz drops are limited and made with care. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
However, if something isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition.
To request an exchange, email us at hyphenstudios2@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We'll take it from there.
We do not accept exchanges on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- International orders (due to shipping cost logistics)
